I am very impressed with this belt! It is stylish, with a simple black leather belt and a matte black buckle, so it goes with any pants. It replaces an ordinary leather belt which was worn, with stretched-out holes. This belt has no holes, just the ratcheting strap on the underside of the belt, which engages with the pawl in the buckle. There is an easy-to-use release lever which disengages the pawl in the buckle. That ratcheting strip has many more positions than older belts had holes, which means the fit is far more granular and precise. With no holes, it always looks perfect. I like this one so much, I need to get a narrower one to use with the smaller belt loops in my shorts, and ditch the braided leather belt, also in very stretched and strained condition.

I've had this belt right at 6 months. This is a really nice belt out of the box. The white is clean and goes well with my golf pants and the ratchet system is awesome. I don't recall having any slippage once it's set. The convenience of the ratchet system is second to none. The one thing I have to take some stars off for is the cracking. After about 2 months I started noticing it and now at 6 months it's way more prevalent. I have another one of these belts in brown and it has shown no signs of cracking yet. I wonder if its something with the white. Overall this is a good belt, but it could be great. I have a brown version and that one is 5 stars. No cracking at all and I wear it more often for work.

The functionality is also great—it’s satisfying to click on, and you can tighten it on the fly by simply pulling the strap. To release, you just hit the hidden lever. Regarding the material, the leather looks and feels high quality; it has a nice scent and has held up perfectly to daily wear without any cracking, peeling, or fading. Highly recommended.

This belt is really great. Yes, it's not real leather, but it seems to hold well. The color is fantasic. I got the "Charcoal Depiction/Mahogany color to match my Sperry Mens Authentic Original 2-Eye in "Burnish Grey". The belt and shoes go very well together. Adjusting the belt to the proper waist size was super easy. And the ratcheting buckle works so great, too. I recommend getting the belt waist size such that the upper limit of the belt's size range is at least 4 sizes bigger than your pants waist. This gives you plenty of length to cut the belt, but still having some adjustable leeway to accommodate the look you want, as well as your comfort. Buckling and unbuckling is so easy with a mini lever on the buckle itself. Really a fantastic design. The belt looks much more expensive and is a wonderful additional accessory yo your "look". You won't be disappointed.
