Professional Mandoline Vegetable Slicer

Super sharp slicer -- and have the scars to prove it. This does the job but the safety handle is hard to work with. You must USE THE SAFETY handle when you get the to bottom of what you are slicing. It's not the most comfortable nor easiest contraption to deal with. I gave up trying to deal with it and ended up slicing the tip of a finger. I was considering sending it back, but purchased a mesh glove and have to using it safely!

But no honestly that was one of my main driving points into purchasing this product. Along with helping me with certain vegetables and fruits such as cucumbers and tomatoes. Opening the box The first thing I tried to reach for was the instructions and just my luck there was none in there.Now this was my first time using this type of product so I wanted to make sure I was doing everything right.After looking some more I saw that there were picture instructions on there.I wanted something a little more explanatory buy hey it is what it is.So I actually got my mother to assist with cutting the potatoes and they came out fine.This wouuld be my go to instead of using a hand knife.Which tends to cut uneven.I received this product at a discounted rate for my HONEST review.I pride myself on being an​ HONEST person so everyone knows exactly what they are going to get.

I'm pretty tired of slicing things like onions, peppers, lettuce, mushrooms and the like by hand. I really enjoy cooking and end up wasting a lot of time with the slicing and dicing process in may of the things that I enjoy cooking. After doing a bit of research on a decent slicer, I came across mandolin. The reviews were good, so I went for it! I received the product pretty quickly and it was packaged very nicely. After taking it our and putting it together, I decided to try and repackage it. That was a bit of a challenge, but I finally got it back together. We took it camping and enjoyed a very easy process of making a salad with tomatoes, cukes, onions and mushrooms all sliced with ease with our new Mandoline Slicer by Top Kitchen USA! We used it a few more times since then and are very pleased with the quality and ease of use with this product. Overall, we're very pleased. We did receive this product at a discount for our honest review.
