Female here. These were the best deal and Prime so I chose them for my upcoming varicose vein procedure. I measured as instructed, ankle (9") mid-calf (14") and biggest part of thigh (23 inches) I am 5' 9" tall. I got XL. I was tempted to get Large but decided that the other comments said they ran small and it was better to go up a size if you're tall. I tried one on. Seems to be great quality, certainly tight, supportive enough, high enough to where I don't have thigh bulge. The color is nice, looks like you have a tan and as "sheer" as support hose can be. Doesn't have that ace bandage look. Only negative I can see it that the heel is Not made of the same support material and could get a hole or run first. Just my thoughts. I possibly could have worn large but not for the two weeks needed, I do not want to cut off circulation at my thigh and these were good. I'll only be wearing one after the right leg is done (for 2 wks) and then the other. So glad I bought these myself and Saved! My Dr. Said they were $70.00 at their office. I called to be sure that these were the correct compression: 20-30 mmHG and was told yes. Pleased!

These are both awesome and disappointing. I love the fit of them and the compression level is great. I have to wear mine all the time as I have bad varicose veins and a history of phlebitis. Not to mention that I'm pregnant which makes it that much worse. So I returned 3 other brands before finding these that were awesomely comfortable but giving me the same strength of compression. HOWEVER, big problem is that while the material adds to the comfort as it is thin and breathable (like panty hose) it dramatically kills the quality. I had worn them one hour before a run started in the top of one of them. I put clear nail polish on to stop it which worked for a few weeks but more runs have since showed up. With each run, some of the compression is lost which defeats the purpose.Now, I am wearing one on one of my legs at all times, the other doesn't need the constant maintenance. And I will say that they reinforced the foot of the stocking very well. There is a hole in the heel on one of them but it has not run up the stocking at all. The problem is only at the top where the thigh band is. I have been alternating the stockings on my one leg for about two months now and although I am extremely pleased with the fit accuracy and the comfort-ability, the quality is too poor. I am already at the point of needing a new pair because I can't keep the runs in check. I may try buying one more pair to see if maybe this was just a bad set but not sure yet.

I liked everything about these compression hose It gave my toes wiggle room and I like for them to be able to wiggle in my shoes ,as I stand on my feet for long hours at a time I like the price I wonder if maybe you would consider having a buy one get one 1/2 off sale at some point That would be really good because I anticipate buying more just to keep them handy and replenish my supply I don’t have a dislike on any of these If it’s a star I will give it a 10

The tops of these hit maybe 3 inches above my knees. The silicone bands don't keep them up. They either sagged to my knees after a short while or rolled down, either way, I couldn't keep them above my knees for more than a few minutes. And one has a run after the first wearing, so in the trash they go. Thanks to the merchant for the ripoff.

These are the most comfortable compression stocking I've worn! Soft, sheer, and a comfortable thigh band. I've purchased brand name compression stockings at $100.00 each, after my surgery, that are definitely comparable to these. Don't pay premium prices for other stockings. These are excellent!!! I will purchase them again from this seller.

These are tight, but I wore them for 8 hours and found them to be comfortable. I didn't give them 5 stars because they are not as long as I'd hope and I was only able to pull them over my knee and up to my mid thigh. Have another pair of thigh highs from a different manufacturer which have more spandex and can pull all the way up to top of thigh. The BriteLeafs have the silicone beads to keep them from slipping and they add comfort to the band.

I haven't worn compression stockings before. My doctor ordered me to wear them for my heart condition. Being that I still want to look sexy and pretty at work and home, I didn't want something that was like tights. I wanted a sheer panty hose look and these are perfect! They are super tight at the foot and ankle and the thigh high look is nice.

Absolutely what I needed. Order came fast and very pleased with quality. Will definitely continue buying in the future. I totally recommend this item. Very durable material. I say better than the very expensive ones. Two thumbs up👍.
