These were good value for money during a pandemic- especially when getting birthday decorations is almost impossible at the moment, but definitely could have been achieved for cheaper otherwise! The decorations however all come as described and pictured, though you will need to purchase a helium pump seperately.

Very Easy to put up everything and straight forward
Received in very good packaging and when taking it out had everything included such as glue dots and other tape for the dangling foil. Very easy application overall 5/5 Stars no complains at all.
