I give this product 5 stars all the way, and it’s honestly one of the most effective products I’ve ever used in my life—definitely the most effective supplement ever. It’s a slow roll. I didn’t noticed anything for around 4 months, but then I noticed my nails were breaking less, and then I noticed my hair was more brilliant. At 6 months, I started noticing a dramatic change in my skin.
