Does Quest bars contain soy protein?

Not all their bars are treated equal. You have to scroll down about midway of the page and read the ingredient list for each different bar as they aren't all the same with just a different flavor. The white chocolate raspberry DOES NOT contain soy protein. It contains Whey Protein.

what kind of sweeteners are in this product?

Stevia and sucralose are the sweeteners in the bar. Cocoa butter is also in it to help give it a chocolately type flavor.

Are there nuts in this bar?

Yes but you would never know it, however if you have an allergy to nuts then that is an entirely different issue
