Amazing
Bought used like new from Amazon and when arrived it was exactly like new never used before and working just fine. Size of the plate is big enough to toast a sandwiches and the plates are removable so cleaning is nothing to worry about.

Good but power cable problem
I been ordered this less than one year to my parents, and I just find out the power cable is to loose and we have to hold it to connect the power or twist it !! Isn’t still under warranty?

It’s a simple grill, but can grill chicken breast very well. It’s not as fantastic as optigrill, but it’s more compact and muuuch cheaper
