Smokes and smells horrible
I hate leaving bad reviews for anything, but I own a salon and purchased this bc it was cheaper then other brands and as Soon as I plugged it in and turned it on, it started to smoke from behind the light bulbs. It smelled so bad we had to air out the whole salon. I returned it for another one and it Did the same thing. Returned both and will Have to buy a better brand

That it is helping my husbands circulation
It is easy to use, and it is helping my husbands circulation, it feels comfortable and warms him up!! That is a big deal these days. I know it says for salons, but my husband had seen a add on TV about infrared helping Neuropathy ! He called the phone number but no one called back so we went looking online. This one was the best for our situation. It is light weight and will be easy to travel with when we go back and forth -- one state to another..

Came with broken bulbs and didn’t work when i plugged in
I really disliked this product in all. The package came double boxed, the inside package containing the lamp was extremely damaged when opened, glass everywhere, styrofoam everywhere, like it was ripped apart. No directions came with it either. I figured I’d give it a shot by assembling what’s left of it and get a refund for the new bulbs. Extremely cheaply made and once i did so and plugged in, it didn’t work in all. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Get the job done
I live the versatility of the flexible arms. Sometimes I just need shear on the area I foiled last. The downside of this equipment is that it is very top heavy. I ended up buying ankle weights to wrap around the base and it’s much more stable. Also when I first turned it on two of the lamps were smoking. I think whatever was on it needed to burn off. It does not smoke any longer.

Really cheap don’t last
I really don’t like posting nothing negative, but I bought this product 3months and since the first time I plugged it smell like burn and I had to stop using it because the middle lamp gave up within 1 1/2 and I try to change the bulbs and nothing work.

Heat lamp is flimsy, set on the lowest height is still will fall over

Bummer :(
It’s kinda flimsy but completely stopped working the other day after a year and 4 months. It won’t turn on.One of the bulbs burnt out within the first month and the metal cages don’t stay on
