It mixes instantly with water and is much more convenient than carrying sports drinks or powder packets. I especially like that I can control the intensity of the flavor by adding more or fewer squeezes. The taste is smooth and enjoyable, and the added electrolytes make it a great option after workouts or on hot days. The bottle is compact, lasts a long time, and provides a cost-effective way to stay hydrated. I would definitely purchase it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty and convenient water enhancer.

Mio Energy is a perfect water flavoring with the caffeine kick to help get you thru your day. The flavor is fruity and robust and you get a lot for the money. Speaking of money, I got this Mio for HALF the price I used to get it at Walmart. There are other flavors to choose from, but this is my favorite. Give it a try!

I purchased Mio Energy Black Cherry because I am not a big fan of drinking plain water and wanted something to turn water into a tasty, energizing drink in seconds I love that is calorie-free , sugar free and has caffeine and B vitamins I love this flavor it’s sweet and sour so if you want to turn your borring water into something delicious I recommend this

My husband wanted to try some different flavors of Mio. We originally purchased somewhere else so I was glad to see that Amazon had so many flavors. The bottles are not very large, but you only need a little so they last a long time. Flavoring water helps my husband increase his daily water consumption. He loves the flavor. Highly recommend.

Mio’s Black Cherry flavor is refreshing, sweet and sour. You can actually imagine that real cherries have been squeezed into your water. The scent of freshly picked summer berries will give you a smile. You do not need to limit its use to just water – add a spritz to savory stews and you will be surprised how it enhances umami and salty flavors. The one criticism I have is the packaging: The tight plastic wrap is difficult to remove. It requires a sharp tool such as a scissors and should not be opened by children. I wish there were another way for the manufacturer to seal the plastic bottle.

Pretty dang delicious. I stopped using Mio for a bit because I decided to stop boofing myself up on Red40, but this one's got that, plus caffeine and B vitamins. It's a really cheap way to get your water in while also powering yourself through the day.

I know I need to drink a lot of water. This makes it so much easier. Flavor is good.

The taste is good and it's got a little zing to it, about the same energy as sipping coffee. It keeps me on task through my work out. My (idiot) nephew shotgunned this (squirted it directly into his mouth). He did not find the experience worthy of repeating (unlike 5th and 8th grade, or his driving test). Gotta go. Numbnuts has his face down by my truck tires, sticking a key in the valve to release air to cool off (he says it's like a fart, only better, because it doesn't smell and it's not warm). I'm taking him to the zoo (and leaving him there).
