Nothing stick to these cookware set, cook evenly, dishwasher and oven safe
The media could not be loaded. I have been using this NutriChef cookware set several times a week for the past 3 months. This set are no joke, we definitely noticed a huge difference in how sauces and meats cooked. So far its been the best I ever had and it's living up to its potential.. I have no complaints.. I'll wait a year and see if it's still holding up.This 8 pcs cookware comes with stew pot, sauce pot, a jumbo cooker, and a large frypan, all comes with see-through tempered glass lids with strong stainless steel rim to seal in heat and moisture and are made with triply composite structure-aluminum core fuses between two layers of stainless steel for quick & even heat transfer for even cooking all-around. Oven safe up to 500°FNice glazing on meats.. Burgers and sauces and eggs are a delight to cook.No more burns and uneven heating... Cooks evenly. Easy to clean. Almost as heavy as cast iron, which I like and I still store them in the bags that they came from!I brag about my pots and pans all of the time! I have wasted so much $$ in the past on inferior pans.Nothing has stuck even with my husband using them. Just need to get used to not using high heat as they don’t require it. I’m sure they'll last a long time. They clean up well. These are heirloom pots and pans.

Love these skillets!
These skillets are a dream! They are easy to handle and just the right size for all your needs. Each skillet has its own lid. The lids are glass with the steam holes. They heat up quickly, don't take as high heat as others, cook evenly and are completely non-stick. They even have a searing pattern in the bottom. Beautifully made and designed. Super easy to clean. Now to get the rest of the pots and pans!

must be seasoned to be non stick. Easy to do. Must dry after washing or it can rust
I treated it as recommended and used only low heat. Put a drop of water in the pan, low heat and when water bubbled and evaporated added the oil as it was now the right temp for cooking. Added egg for a sunny side egg. Flipped when ready and it did NOT stick at all. Finished cooking the other side and then it slid out beautifully. It said it even gets better after using it a few times.I gently used a sponge to wash off the oil after it cooled down.Love, love itMy one concern is that the bottom layer is 18/0 not 18/10 like the top. 18/0 is the cheapest s.s. and doesn’t do well when heated. At Crystalia site there is achart on different grades of Ss. !*/10 is the best. 18/0 has no nickle in it and is least durable. Avoid heating (how) or applying force. It is the most vulnerable. YOu must dry it as it is prone to rusting. I hope that because it is bonded to aluminum it will be o.k. It is a heavy pan, nicely made, with a great lid that fits well. Just wished handle which does stay cool, was welded on to make it easy to clean. I hope it lasts a long time.

Great pans
I think folks see nonstick and just assume you can cook on the pan as is no "seasoning the pan" or oil at all needed. Thats not the case even with pans that cost $300 a pan each you cant just heat up a pan and plop a raw egg on it and it not stick AT ALL. You want to season these pans before first use aka get your favorite cooking oil on a napkin wipe it on the interior of the pan and let it cook into the pan not burn into it. than let the pan cool down all the way than go ahead and cook with it and it will be nonstick. Than all you need to do moving forward is use a small dollop of oil alot less than youd normally use and re season the pan every 2-3 months. its a pure stainless steel pan there is no teflon or ceramic coating its just etched for looks (and holds oil well in the hexes instead of it slopping to one side)Also these pans give a nice even crisping under neath my foods no issues cleaning them or cooking with them eggs meats etc all slide around like theyre on ice cleans off easily aswell since nothing sticks and burns into them.

Review reconsidered
Edit, update in March 2024 since purchase and regular use in 2021. I cannot recommend these pans, which is unfortunate. Shortly after the water expired, some of the coating wore off around one of the handle rivets. I reached out to customer service at NutriChef and they were unable to assist me because it was past the one year warranty. I continued to carefully use the pan, thinking that food was unlikely to get up to that rivet anyway. Now there’s enamel, or whatever it is, wearing away on the cooking surface as well. No metal tools have been used on the pan, despite that being a selling point. I have always hand washed these pans.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these pans anymore and will not purchase any more myself. I have concerns over the materials used and suspect the faulty one is not safe to use as the materials fleck into our food. Which is too bad, it was great while it lasted….(approximately 1 year). Also, this is now the third time I’ve tried to update this review; let’s see if Amazon/NutriChef allows this one to stick.Original review, 2021.These pans are wonderful! We bought a set of three pans to replace our 10-year-old Calphalon non-stick pans. The Calphalon was looking a little scratched and worn, even with silicone utensils. We are hopeful that with proper care, the NutriChef pans will last a long time. They are non-stick, but we are most excited about the inability to scratch or damage them (with proper use!) If we decide to replace the pots we have, we will consider NutriChef. The pans are heavy, sit flat on our electric stovetop. The handles on both the pans and the lids don’t get hot, which is great! The Calphalon set DID get hot, so I’m glad not to have to worry about using a hot mitt when cooking on the stovetop.

I love this fryer
I love this fryer. I bought the 12 inch and it's huge and deep. Solid build. I wouldn't recommend metal utensils but it would be capable of withstanding light usage. Heats up very fast and evenly. Non stick is excellent though I would use some oil to cook eggs. Cleaning is effortless. Excellent value and easy to use
