75-Cup Stainless Steel Double Walled Commercial Coffee Maker Urn

Our church bought two of these coffee pots over a year ago. Less than a year later, one completely died; the other needs constant cleaning to keep perking. The water gets hot, but it doesn't perk unless the stem pocket inside is scrupulously clean and free of any mineral deposit. These pots do not get hard use. On average, we brew a pot a week in them with an occasional second or third brew. They were a waste of money. Won't buy this brand again. . . .
