GreenPan Rio Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 12" Frying Pan Skillet, PFAS-Free, Dishwasher Safe, Turquoise

Great non-stick pan. I've had the smaller size Rio of this same pan for nearly a year and it has worked very well. I typically cook large amounts of meat or vegetables at one time with this pan for meal prep and it does great. You do have to keep the temperature at medium or lower or else the non-stick doesn't work quite as well because it is a ceramic pan. Other than that there have been no issues. Good durability, very easy to wash and I expect it will last for several years.

I have bought two of these and I really like them a lot. Their non-stick coating is great and it has held up for several months so far. I ended up having to get rid of my first one since I had it on heat for too long with nothing in it and tried using olive oil another time which it does not like with higher heats. The box says to stick with medium heat but honestly you can go a bit higher when preheating. However having said that you want to be careful preheating because it does seem to have issue if left on higher heat with nothing in it for several minutes which degraded the coating for me and caused me to have to throw my first one out. Mainly my fault as I got distracted. It is probably not the best searing/stir fry item, but it does well enough for everything I use it for. It is pretty durable however if you use it responsibly. For the money it is a great buy, while it can't handle extreme heats (common for non-stick from my understand) and lower smoke point oils it is amazingly easy to clean and durable as long as you use it as intended. Also if it does get damaged you are not out a lot of money either. It is great value in my opinion.

My family and I have used green pans for years, but it seems to me either their product quality has changed or we got a bad plan. Either way, our experience with customer service was terrible!Within the first couple uses of this pan, EVERYTHING was sticking to it and it’s impossible to clean. When I reached out to customer service, they made me jump through a bunch of hoops like try the deep cleaning method and call us back if it doesn’t work. OK now it didn’t work. Try this. OK now take pictures of all these different things and send them into the customer service email.After completing all of these steps, their response was simply that I must’ve cooked on too high of heat and ruined the pan, so it’s my fault and they won’t be covering anything.I know better than to cook on high heat in any pan, so I know that’s definitely not the case and just a ridiculous way to get out of covering the issue on our warranty. Perhaps we did just get a bad pan, but the terrible customer service response had me inclined to leave this review to make sure nobody else has to deal with wasting their time and money like that.

Beautiful frying pan, solidly built, great feel and balance. Love the cream nonstick finish. But here's a warning -- I accidently let food burn in it and the surface didn't recover. I was able to get off all caked on charred material, but it the surface did get lightly stained that I couldn't get off no matter how hard I tried and with every conceivable cleaning product. The pan is still usable, but the non-stick properties have diminished considerably. And hey, this is NOT anything negative about the product -- I LOVE it and you may find my 5 star review about it that I posted when I first bought it...this is totally my fault. This is just a heads-up: WATCH THE POT as they say. Don't go wandering off and get engrossed in something on the computer while you've got something cooking on the stove, because, as I learned the hard way, cooking can quickly turn into burning if you are not watchful, and that can damage a perfectly beautiful frying pan.

Works even better for eggs than our expensive pans. Truly nonstick. Buy it!

Love this. Green Pan is a great product.

The nonstick works well, and with family use lasted about 4-6 months before gradually loosing the non-stick aspect. (Which was likely caused by people not following low heat instructions on the pan.) Never peeled. MUCH better than Teflon.

Muy mala calidad le pongo aceite echo tres huevos y se pegan y asi con casi todo muy mal producto. Nuna a ido a lavaplatos y siempres limpiada a mano.

I love these. This is my second one. Very good quality. Just treat is with respect. Don't over heat the pan and don't scratch it.

Works great and easy cleaning

Smoother nonstick pan as expected. Chatgpt suggested me to use this pan as a healthy option.Note: Avoice metal tongs or Forks or spoons.. use only wood Spatula or silicon .Never use rough side of the brush to wash. only softer side. Be gentle.
