XLarge Barely Fit Men's Keen size 12 & Large barely fit Women's New Balance Size 8D. The straps did not fit over the top of shoe. Once on, they do seem to stay on quite good but I almost lost one in the snow when we got busy working. The grip on ice is very good though. We ordered a few different types & we liked these the best. Improved straps over the top & a size XXLarge would help.

I feel much more confident to walk on the snow. The only thing I found is that the size I ordered (large) for myself as a size 8 mens did not fit my insulated winter boots. They do fit on my barn boots same size just less bulkier. I should have ordered the next size larger. But so far they are great!!

The Ice Cleats were easy to put on and take off, made it safe to go out in the frozen yard, out on the icy driveway to scrape snow and ice off the car, and across the street to the mailbox. So glad we found these before the big ice storm.

Bought them for daughter and son-in-law who are avid hikers. They were very impressed with them.

Pros:These are well made. They feel sturdy and unlikely to easily break or tear.These are fantastic for walking in snow and ice. I have really no concerns about slipping or falling while wearing them.Fit very well and stayed out for whole walk. No concerns that they were going to slip or move on my boot. The velcro strap was helpful for this purpose.Con:The only thing I can complain about is that if you are not walking on snow or ice, they are not super comfortable. The spikes are clumped near the inner ball of my feet. When on cement or tar, you feel a bit unsturdy. If you are planning to wear these on a hike that mixes snow/ice with cement or tar, these might not be the best choice. All snow/ice...you can't go wrong.

I was a little concerned about having trouble with these falling off as I read some comments of such. I think why these work so well for me is because I wear size 11 women's which is at the top of the size level for my cleats. They are quite snug on the boots without the accessory strap. However, I can see if I wore a size 7 or 8 may need the strap as the rubber bands would not be stretched as tightly. Very glad to have these as I live on the farm and do chores twice a day on icy or snowy areas. I don't know how Iived without these for many years prior. Thank you.

I do not slip on ice.

I walk the dog down the driveway daily to get the mail. One day I slipped on ice and fell. I am 70 and every time I went to get up my foot would slide beneath me. My neighbor came over and helped me get back up. That night I went online to research buying ice cleats and these seemed to be exactly what I needed. They arrived in two days. Everyone should order these cleats for winter use. They are perfect and now I feel safe walking outside. They fit perfectly over my winter boots and even came with a cute cloth bag for storing it away. I highly recommend these.
