Q: What pressure will this handle. I'm looking to use to connect a gauge to check for 3500 PSI

Q: Do they make this in a 90° elbow

Not sure on the 90...however if you're doing the Monroe air ride on a HD, these work but super close at full drop.

Q: whats the inner diameter on the smallest part of that fitting

I bought these to go on air shocks. I forgot what they are called but they have a taper at bottom of threads to seal on matching surface

Q: Do you need to use the small O-Ring or teflon tape when connecting this fitting to the air shock itself?

Use liquid thread locker it works the best out of anything red or blue in color. O-rings and Teflon tape will leak air.
