I’ve been using your B12 liquid drops for about a week now and I’ve already noticed a positive change in my energy levels. Great liquid Vitamin B12. The dropper with measurements is very convenient, the raspberry flavor is pleasant, and it’s easy to take sublingually. I specifically chose methylcobalamin in liquid form it works well for daily use. Clean ingredients with no sugar or soy, which is a big plus for me.

I was really looking forward to trying this and saving the expense of getting the shots at a drs. office (I'd never had the shots either but had heard good results from people I know who had). I'd read through many of the reviews and none had mentioned any side effects at all and most were very positive about how it increased their energy levels. I discovered though, that a few hours after taking it, I would have diarrhea. It wasn't anything I had eaten because I pretty much stick to the same diet. I wouldn't say I have a sensitive stomach/digestive system, but there are things I know I can't have, like dairy, red meat, anything with seeds or a hull...I tried it for several days and it was always the same- even with taking just half a dropper full (and yes, I would eat right after taking it, or I had eaten just prior to), so I don't think it has anything to do with whether or not you have a full stomach as I tried it different ways. The dropper is another issue; it states a serving size is 1 dropper full, but the dropper is not marked with any lines to indicate how much is a full amount, and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get it to suck up more than about 1/2 of the size of the dropper at one time, so one would have to guess pretty much one after another, how much is a half dropper, in order to get a full dose. Either way, I can't take this anymore unless it's on my day off and I know I don't have to leave the house, so I'm a little disappointed, I had high hopes.

I love the flavour and it is good one, al though its not organic, but not really important to be organic

Good supplement. Doesn’t have any taste. I like the liquid form of it because I like adding it to my morning protein shake.
