What brand and model of battery is in the 6400mah pack?  if it is really 6400mah, you should publish this data.

His question is legit and you did not answer it honestly.  You were asked who makes your battery.  Lets be more specific.  Who makes the 18650 cells?   Your do not make 18650 cells.  So answer the question by: BAK, Samsung, LG, Panasonic, or no name generic.  There are many 18650 cells made in China and India that are no name generic that are junk and come no where near a capacity of 6400 mah (x 4 cells) and if that is what you are using, you should not publish that.  BAK is a Chinese 18650 battery manufacture that is not up to the quality of the others mentioned and again should be clarified.

Question 3

I bought this battery but it flashes green & red when I plug it into the charger (and doesn't charge). Is it my charger or the battery at fault?

I've also seen the flashing LEDs when dirt and/or corrosion needs to be cleaned off the terminals. I've found this particularly irritating for the battery pack terminals made out of garbage-cheap alloys. Any corrosion and it can screw-up the monitoring processor in the charger.

Could someone tell me the power output of the charger?

Good question. In this case we are talking about the 1200 lumen light from Brightteyes so power of the light is given. I believe what is being asked here is what are the power and voltage rating of the wall adapter that comes with this offer.  This information must be stamped on the label or silkscreen print on the adapters enclosure.   I second your question. If anybody can read this from the label. Please answer.
