Quality Product with Exceptionally Responsive Customer Service
I bought my second Bike Light from Bright Eyes this Christmas when I noticed there was a new 1800 Lumens light. I’ve been so happy with their 1000 lumens light over the years, that I decided to upgrade to a brighter light since I ride a lot at night. When I opened the box of the new light had lots of extras, including 2 ways to mount the light on the handlebars. Unfortunately, the small adapter that connects to the light and the the bike mount was missing. I mounted to the bike using the other device provided, and it worked well!I wanted to use the other mount since it was taller and it fit my bike better, so I emailed customer service on the day after Christmas. Don replied to me the next day, apologized, and sent me the replacement part immediately. I received it very, very quickly. It worked perfectly. Don from customer service had also asked me to respond to his email and let him know that I received the part. When I notified him of receipt of the part, he replied back and thanked me. He offered additional help if needed. The light itself is very bright, well-built, sturdy, and performs well. The battery is in a solid case and very easy to mount. I would rate it 10 out of 10!I highly appreciate a company that cares about their products and their customers! That’s rare these days!

Let there Be LIGHT
used this in rural Lake Anna Virginia State Park at an ultra triathlon where it is so dark, "you can't see the end of your nose" kind of dark. In the middle setting, it was FANTASTIC and battery life outstripped my expectations. The amount of light was almost too much, I needed to ensure that the light was appropriately aimed but I had as much light as could be had to see (both) sides of the road as the biggest hazard was deer coming from either side. This is a 2nd generation purchase. I picked up my original many years ago (2013?) and this one went to my daughter as I'm still happy with my older light, even though it's less bright and eats the battery a little more quickly. Support for existing products is unbelievable -- after getting support for such an old product made the decision to pick up this light for my daughter a "no-brainer".Best improvement, for me, was the newer lights have slightly shorter cable lengths and have re-arranged the layout -- I'm sure based on customer feedback. More companies should work like Bright Eyes!

Nice retrofit
This battery pack works just fine with my current light which I’ve had for 10 years or so. The old pack finally gave out, so it was time for new one.I was pleased to find a replacement that would fit, and as an added bonus, it has a longer rated running time.In my case, I just sort of crammed it into my original pouch. It was a slightly tight fit, but it works just fine. So I’m back in business with a nice, bright light. The price is reasonable. The connector matches so installation couldn’t be simpler.I do recommend it.

Didn't last as long as expected...but very good Customer Service.
Didn't last a year! I paid as much for this battery as a light that came with a battery (4400 mAH). The light and battery still working. I bought this 13 months ago to hopefully get a longer lasting ride. When it was working it may have lasted longer between charges, I had an accident in July so was off cycling for four months (which means I used this approx. 8-9 months) and tried charging it. It won't take a charge at all. I think a battery should last longer than. So a bit disappointed.Update 12-30-17 - Changed from 3 stars to 4 stars. As I should have got in touch with Customer Service sooner as they promptly replaced it. Lesson learned give Customer Service a chance to make it right.

Bike Safe; Be Visible.
Bright Eyes lights really are the brightest bike lights I have ever found. I am the leader of a group of elderly veteran tricycle riders, several of whom have very poor vision, so I equipped my trike with an array of the brightest flashing white and red lights I could find. The purpose of that is to make myself highly visible not just to the motor vehicles around us, but also so my friends could see me. If you want daytime visibility, I recommend Bright Eyes products. They're more expensive, but how much is your life worth to you wife, children, parents, yourself?

holds charge
Been on 2-50 min rides,2 days apart on one charge. I use a 2 led pod for mtb. The original battery only holds 10-12 min of charge. so I'm happy so far

Good light, great price, even better warranty
I have a couple of these lights now and they perform well. nice and bright and they stick to my bars well. I had one of the lights shut off unexpectedly in the middle of a rough mtb ride at night due to some internal connection, but the company sent a new one as soon as i called them. this is why i always ride with at least one backup light, since it's hard to predict how a rough downhill trail ride will affect an electronic device.

Don’t buy. Your cash is wasted after 18 months.
I bought this to be a back up and lighter battery for riding in non summer months. Worked great first 9 months. Then the second fall season, 15 months later, it dies after 15 minutes off use leaving me stranded in super dark and remote places trails (I was headed back in the evening). Yes, it was fully charged. It was also used time to time in the summer for camping.3rd battery from BrightEyes to die and be useless in less than 2 years.
