The easy to set up was great! We pay our guys x2 a month and was able to set the pay period up with out much effort. The User Manual was easy to follow and customer service has been great. During shipping the ribbon somewhat faded and the manufacturer was more than willing to replace at no charge. I had trouble setting up the 2nd side of the time sheet and with a simple phone call the support team was able to fix that setting. There are many more features available like minute rounding, overtime, hour totaling and more. Our guys have had no trouble using it and we plan on keeping it.
