The sink itself is beautiful, and as shown in the photos. It arrived in perfect condition. I emailed customer service immediately after receiving it to inquire about the compatible collander attachment, and they got back to me within a few hours. The cutting board and strainer that were supposed to be included in the box, were missing. I emailed customer service and within a few hours, the representative had shipped me replacements for free, with free shipping. It was a painless customer service experience, and I would absolutely order this sink or another from Kraus again. *disregard the incorrect faucet hole drilling in photo*

The quality of the sink is beautiful. Although we purchased it several months ago, we are now at the stage for installation. My contractor is complaining because it did not come with a template for the countertop. Overall very pleased with the product.

It’s perfect. Just be careful sometimes when you’re washing a baking pan and leave it in the sink it will leave a rust mark that is a pain to remove off the white finish

So disappointed today, we opened our farm sink for install and it had a huge crack on the front of it. I went to Amazon and it said that my return window had closed ( my bad- did not ask contractors to open the box on arrival since it was coming from the manufacturer.) So now I don't have a sink, out 800.00 and I cannot even allow countertops to be measured because this sink is on the back stock. All part of the Covid Construction fun. Called Kraus directly, they were kind but said they would not offer any money back and could not get us something shipped out until Monday.

This sink really tied the kitchen together. It’s easy to clean, simple and elegant. The first one arrived damaged but the seller was quick to replace with another sink and to pick up the damaged one.

After replacing our initial purchase which arrived damaged. The second sink arrived intact but missing the drain assembly and included cutting board. Once it was installed, we attempted to use the grid on the bottom from the manufacturer for this particular sink, it would not fit. After confirming measurements and contacting the manufacturer via phone and email we learned the sink is defective. With counter tops being installed it is impossible for us to return this sink again and await a replacement. If your heart is set on using the grid to protect the bottom of your sink DO NOT buy this one unless you have tons of lead time and are willing to haul it to be returned, potentially repeatedly.

Love love love this sink! We just installed it along with the Allyn transitional faucet and it is so beautiful! I love the workstation aspect too and use the cutting/draining board every single day. Also, it came incredibly well packaged for shipping damage free which was great.
