Finally! I can mount my HP Pavilion 27xw monitor to a monitor arm, thanks to HumanCentric. The mount was easy to install. It doesn't click into place on the back of the monitor and one side can pull out a bit if I'm pulling on the monitor from the front, but it's sturdy overall. HumanCentric's customer support is fantastic. I asked about the possibility of this adapter several months ago and they said they were working on it and would let me know as soon as one was available. They emailed as soon as it was available to purchase. The mount was shipped with a washer that was too small. I found my own washer in my toolbox and used it no problem, but had an email that night from HumanCentric asking about the washer issue and promising to correct it. I'd definitely order from them again based on their customer service alone.

Great mount for my hp monitors. Price isnt cheap and I know they are a bit marked up which is the only con considering they are supposed to be an adapter.... However quality is fair and good enough to account for the price.

Ok it works now... After two visits to home Depot. I have four 27 hp Pavilion xw. Two mounted with the ever elusive HP Vesa mount which magically appeared on HP store just around Christmas 2015 for a week. As everyone will discover, they are not easily found and HP says that they are unavailable. They were half the price and fit perfectly. These mounts feel like cast iron and do not fit perfectly. I pre ordered these. They shipped with wrong size washer. The post January 2016 xw's have different screw mount. DO NOT force the screw. There is no longer a rubber plug on the 2016 xw's. Remove the felt covering top screw the use screw provided by human centric. Hp version had a thumb screw and everything looks flush. This is not nearly as neat or refined. This product was likely dropped shipped from China and feels like a man hole cover. It's your only option as of March 2016 so buy it, Mount it and try to forget the price and aggravation. Enjoy the IPS, you'll never go back. Hopefully they are shipping with a washer that stops top screw from slipping through the mount hole.

It's very loose in my 22CWA. Apparently they're not made with precision, I assume they're all different so your experience may vary. Where my stand fit snugly, this is easily able to be pulled out. And since my monitor is dangling over expensive equipment, this worries me. I adjusted my arms and I notice my monitor is almost disconnected from the mount. Probably your only option though. It works, but I'm not thrilled especially for the price.

I like the product. It does the job that it was designed to do. The metal used is thick and very substantial and I feel will out last the monitor, computer, and my lifetime.All that being said sending the wrong washer, and me having to pick it up locally was an inconvenience to say the least. If the hole the screw and washer were smaller and less oblong the original screw would have fit. The washer that I was told to get does function but if not centered over the screw hole perfectly slips into the hole at an angle.Also what should be made clear is the five (5) screws provided for the mounting one (1) is longer and that is the screw used to secure the adapter to the monitor. Works perfectly and I'm finally able to mount my monitor, no thanks to HP!The adapter is built out of solid metal, doesn't feel cheap and locks in perfectly to the display's stand. Couldn't ask for any more.Keep in mind that this attaches to the very bottom of the monitor, so your mount will most likely hold it it a bit high and may need to be adjusted. I have a 2 arm desk mount and this won't line up with my other monitor because of the placement, but it isn't that big of a deal.

This adapter gets the job done, but falls short of being great. I took off a stars because of 2 issues. One it does not really fit my monitor. With it being universal this is something that I expected. Two, it did not come with a screw for the top piece. Thankfully the dual monitor stand I bought had an extra screw.

A bit pricey for what it is, but a lot cheaper than buying new monitors. They fit well, but you do have to tighten the top but pretty far to reduce the wiggling.
