Very good as a binder for a detox. Good quality ingredients with no bad added ingredients. No taste and works fast. Make sure to have with a full glass or water. Decent value for money & no side effects.

This works!
We swear by these pills in our home. If anyone has indegestion, upset stomach, or even a weird burp, they're taking a charcoal pill. Within 20 minutes, your stomach is settled and you can sleep well. I have never experienced any side effects. The pill is a little large, but the casing helps it go down smoothly.

Better than anything out of a box box store
I use this activated charcoal anytime I get a stomach ache that will not go away. I love the fact that it is not a chemical or medicine. 1 pill makes me feel better in under 30 minutes. I use this now in place of pepto. The convenience of having the pre-filled pills makes the cost well-worth it. Now that I know, I always keep a bottle on hand. Mary Ruth is a great brand, recommended by several people I know.

This is the BEST thing I’ve probably ever purchased on Amazon. I have a puke aversion bad! Will do any and everything to keep from throwing up which used to render me awake all night. Not anymore!! If I feel nauseous at all, I simply take one of these bad boys and within 30 minutes, completely fine! If you’re already sick, take two. My dad got sick from undercooked oysters and these settled him completely! Just make sure to replenish your belly with some healthy bacteria in the days to come! (Do not take them daily… only when feeling stomach sick.) I have also cracked capsules open and sprinkled half on my dog’s food when he’s been unwell and they’re a game-changer for him too!

Great purchase
These are great I use them I also use them for my pets when they e eaten something they shouldn’t have. I just open the pill and sprinkle it in . Wish it was in powder not pill. I have a hard time with pills. But it’s effective and with the amount it’s sold for. It’s a must in your cabinets.
