This cleanser is great if you deal with irritated eyelids, buildup, or conditions like blepharitis. The foam is lightweight and easy to apply, and the tea tree oil gives that clean, slightly tingly feeling without being too harsh. How I use it: Pump a small amount onto clean fingers or a cotton pad. Gently massage along the lash line with eyes closed. Let it sit for about 30–60 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. It helps remove oil and debris that regular face wash misses. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts longer than expected.

Summary at the End. Cataract surgery left me with dry eye syndrome in both eyes. Refresh tears drops 4-5 times daily. Within 6 months it worsened with dry, gritty, itchy eyelids... soon after, now blurry vision every morning both eyes, or one eye. Blurry like a film over the eyeball... some days it was partial, other days blurry all day in both eyes, it comes and goes. Eventually, my ophthalmologist said it might be Cemodex mites causing bacterial infection. So I started using this product OCuSOFT Oust Demodex Foam Cleanser twice daily, and still using Preservative Free drops. After 4 weeks, doctor takes a look again, prescribed Xdemvy drops which is supposed to kill the mites and it's a full six weeks life cycle. Morning and night, Ocusoft foam to scrub eyelids clean, Xdemvy drops right after, them Ocusoft PF drops with glycerin ingredient. After 3 weeks of Xdemvy, it finally seemed like it could making a difference. Some mornings one eye was totally clear with no blurry vision, the other eye not so much. One day might be totally clear in both eyes, then back to blurry the next day. Began using warm compress on eyes (10 Minutes) to loosen up the gunk left by the mites, and supposed it loosens up clogged eyelid glands around the eyelash. Right after warm compress, Ocusoft Foam for longer period... at least one minute. Use small amount on index finger and massage the eyelashes; big difference with the warm compress and full minute... really clearing up the vision. It still comes and goes, but gets better every day. Summary: Drops alone won't do the job. Eyelid scrub cleaners won't do it alone. Does Xdemvy kill the mites? Looks like its effective, have enough to go another 2 weeks. Did I have Demodex mites or clogged eyelid oil glands or just getting old? Age has a lot to do with the eyelid glands clogging up. The blurry vision is the worst part for me. Itchy scratchy eyelids are a PITA. Once the Xdemvy is all done. I can see this becoming a daily routine every morning and night: Warm eye compress for 10 minutes, Ocusoft Foam Cleanser 60 seconds, then REFRESH TEARS PF Preservative-Free Artificial Tears Lubricant Eye Drops. I've also added Baby Shampoo in the shower for 60 seconds each eyelid. This is like controlling high blood pressure... pills alone won't do that either... add in some diet changes, and the proper leg exercises, and it gets back to normal. FINAL WORD: this Ocusoft Oust Foam Cleanser is way better than wipes or other products. A single Foam dispenser has lasted me for 9 weeks and still some left. You only need a small amount on your finger, and gently work it across the eyelashes long enough to do the job.

This cleanser made a noticeable difference within just a few days. The itching around my eyes stopped, and the constant watering finally calmed down. It’s gentle on both the eyes and skin, and using it before bed helped me sleep easier without irritation. Excellent product and absolutely worth it. Five stars.

Over the past several years, I have had issues with demodex mites on my eyelids. Tea Tree oil was suggested by my eye doc. I used it, and over time, it helped. However, this product works well! In just a couple of days, my eyes were not itching, and upon waking, my eyes did not require immediate rubbing! It is so easy to use. just a small amount on a clean finger or lint-free towel to gently apply the lotion. I leave it on for a few seconds, then, per instructions, wash with clear water. The first day I used it, my eyes were clear and eyelids cleaner!

Two-part review, which I may update in the future. Part 1: the item. I think this item was exactly what I wanted, and it might actually be one of the products that my doctor suggested. I am pretty sure it will be effective at gently cleaning my eyes & eyelids & eyelashes, keeping them all FRESH. Part 2: the delivery. I ordered the item on a Monday. It said it would be delivered on Tuesday, which would be fantastic though unnecessary; no rush needed. But the package was delayed ... somewhere ... with no available tracking for 3 days. Good news: it was delivered intact on Friday, which worked out just fine. However: the delivery summary stated "it was handed directly to a receptionist or someone at a front desk". No: it was left within arm's reach of a sign asking delivery people to NOT leave packages sitting there [potentially tempting curious wanderers and nimble-fingered thieves]. There is no receptionist. There is no front desk. Summary: the delivery experience was a little weird, but I'd certainly recommend this foaming cleanser.

By optometrist said I could have an issue with demodex. This did not help any more than the regular ocusoft. The product is a fair price and I like the way it dispenses in a foam. It does tingle and that is the tea tree oil working. It does not sting your eyes at all. Overall, I prefer the regular ocusoft.

This worked on the FIRST night!! It has a pleasant tea tree oil scent. The bottle may be small but it you dispense the product correctly you'll see you have plenty of product for at least a few month of nightly applications to both eyes. Shake well and do a half-pump strip of the bubbly lotion on your index finger and rub it over your closed eye's upper lash line, over the eye lid, over your eyebrows (my own insert to the bottle's directions) and then under your lower lash line. All while keeping the eye closed. Take a clean cotton pad and then gently wipe away the excess. Repeat to the other eye. This beats the heck out of the expensive Rx eye drops I've seen advertised that cost hundreds of dollars. Please give this a whirl, your eyes will thank you!!

I am not sure about this product ,while my sister likes it and thinks it does help , my mother has seen no benefits ,therefore I think people have different reactions to it.One may need to try it to see if it is working for them or not.
