Great quality!
Love these! I like that they have their own cap so that you don’t have to use the adhesive ones that cause issues with leakage. It’s nice and tight, allowing for just the right amount of coffee to go through. They have a filter, which gives the perfect flow without having to chew your coffee. I’m considering ordering more because the one thing I don’t like is having to fill them and go through the process two times (I drink two coffees to wake up) before I’m fully awake. My suggestion is to not fill to the brim, the filet of the cap goes further in than I expected so the first couple of times I had to remove some coffee. The package comes with everything you need, the little scoop is perfect, I use 2 scoops and a half, and the stainless steel tool to get it nice and tight has a longer handle than most, so you don’t get your hands all with coffee as I keep it in the coffee box so I don’t lose it. Much better than buying expensive new be time use pods. Choose your best win favorite coffee and save money. Pros: -save money - easy to use - very high quality with filtered top Con - pain in the butt to clean and reuse, especially shortly after use because the pod is still very hot - takes time to figure out exactly how much to fill - depending on how many people drink coffee in the morning, I’d have a pod for each coffee made in the mornings so you don’t have to clean and refill while still sleepy

Weak coffee, not good for the machine
If you fill it up to have a good coffee the water doesn't pass through, if you don't the coffee is too weak. After a while i was using them, the machine started having problems. Put them aside, like the Nespresso machine and, because I was driven by sustainability problems, I went back to the old MOKA!!!!

Not quite espresso, but it'll do
I got these because I just can't see using the plastic single use pods or even the reusable pods that require disposable stickers, plus I want to be able to use coffee from a local roaster. I've been fiddling with these for over a month now & can report these DO work, mostly, with a couple of issues. First, as noted by many other reviewers, you cannot put enough grounds in, even if you "tamp" a very very fine grind. Tamping in as much of a very fine grind as the pod will hold results in somewhere between zero to a teaspoon of espresso and it makes it VERY difficult to open the Nespresso machine to drop out the used pod. Using slightly less of a pretty fine grind that is still very firmly tamped will result in a bit over a tablespoon of passable espresso, with a bit of crema. If you have two or three of the pods ready to go you can run them all through, one right after the other & get a single shot. If you use less grounds or don't tamp as firmly or use a courser grind, you can get more coffee out from a single pod, but it will be like "regular" coffee & NOT espresso. Second, the rubber gaskets that sit directly under the lip of the pod have a very annoying tendency to come off IN the Nespresso machine, which requires you to retrieve them carefully from where the pods sit during the "brewing" process. So far, I've been able to put them back on & keep using the pods; but, since they are necessarily fairly thin, I don't have high expectations for their longevity. So, all things considered, fiddly as they are to work with, I still find them worth using over single use pods on those days I'm not going to my local coffee house. But I'll also keep searching for something that works better.

stainless steel, aluminum free coffee, environment friendly
excellent quality, producing the same quality coffee as the pods, aluminum free, glue free, and of course price per cup dramatically drops.

Does not work in older Nespresso machines
I have a Nespresso Latissima (older version like 10 yrs old). These pods do NOT fit in the top. When you try to close the top, it gets stuck/jammed. However, they DO fit IF you out the pod in from the bottom (where they normally drop out). Unsure why it fits this way and not the normal way.

Not a good fit for Essenza Mini
Does not fit the Essenza Mini C30. The stainless steel pod will not eject into the waste bin.

It took about a week and 2 calls into Amazon to even get this in the mail however it did finally arrive. At first I was very unhappy with it and was going to return it but then I read some other reviews and decided to make sure my coffee was extra fine. After re-grinding my coffee I tried again and have been very happy. I filled the steel pod up to the top with coffee and then use the tamper to press it down enough to put the lid on. I have found this makes a decent coffee. You have to use the espresso setting unless you like very weak coffee. I found I can use the espresso setting twice (remove pod and put it back in so the coffee runs through the other side more instead of just pushing the button twice in a row) and get a decent cup that way. It’s a bit of a hassle because it doesn’t work as awesome as the pods but it certainly works well enough for the money savings on the pods and me being able to use a high-quality organic coffee instead of whatever Nestlé uses.

Cannot seem to get a good flow with good strength no matter how I alter the grounds. Not too happy but saves me in an emergency.
