I would like to use it to protect the front of my phone but in my pocket instead, not as a holster.** A: Unfortunately the clip is not designed to come off. It sticks out about 3/8" (10mm) from the cover, which does add a little to its bulk, but if you're keeping it in a large pocket as with cargo pants/shorts, it's not a problem. You might be able to permanently remove it - there's a small divot beneath the felt-like material on the inside of the cover where the clip is obviously connected, and you'd likely have to permanently disconnect it there, somehow - probably by drill. It'd be nice to be able to remove the clip, but it's pretty strong and can be useful. **Q: Can this case fast charge** A: Yes. I use my wireless fast chargers without removing the case. The alignment on the charger needs to be a little more exact than it does without the case, but I have had no problems charging my phone in the case. **Q: To marcel d - ur using the zagg had screen protector as you said with this case and have no problems right? Also did anyone try this with glass yet?** A: I am using Zagg HD screen protector. The representing at the phone store who put it on for me said to wait a day or 2 to make sure that the screen protector doesn't peel off on the edges with my new unicorn beetle series supcase. I waited 2 full days and have had no issues with the screen peeling anywhere and no air bubbles. It's best to let the screen protector set before putting on a case. It's now been 1 full week since I've had the phone and no problems. When I tried to take off the rubber, I was worried about breaking the hard plastic but I had read in previous reviews to be careful. It went on really easy. The link for the Youtube instruction video didn't work, but I just looked it up on Youtube. Otherwise, once on my phone, it looks like a really good quality case and have received many compliments. It fits the phone perfectly and I have no issue with it sitting flat against me phone whatsoever or with it interfering with taking pictures. The button covers work well and the belt clip is really sturdy. I have had issues with many other cases where my head phone jack/AUX cord wouldn't fit in because the case got in the way and I would have to get a skinnier aux head. No issues with this phone. Wireless chargers still work too. My favorite thing about it is that it slimmer and does not look bulky but still seems to protect my phone really well.Great price for the money. Yes, it makes the phone heavier, and it is obviously bulkier using this black holster/clip piece.I only use the black/holster/clip piece when I am out and about. Around the house, I don't need to keep it on.The main case, I purchased the pink and grey - it ads a little bit of weight, but allows you to hold onto your phone without it slipping from your hands. This case is perfect. The grey edge is a plasticy rubber material. It's not hard and not soft. But it makes it feel comfortable in your hand.With this case, it makes the phone SUPER easy to hold onto. Like I said, It does ad a little weight but nothing obnoxious.This case is extremely durable.The black plastic holster/clip piece which attaches to the back, can also be attached to the front of your phone to protect the glass.It also does not make my phone overheat. Some cases that are thicker like this cause a phone to run a little hot. I've not had that issue and I take a TON of video, photographs, watch youtube videos, watch movies, etc.You can NOT beat it for the price. Had it for about 15 minutes so far got 2 cases on me and my wifes phone no problem! I got an all black one and a pink/gray for the wife and so far they feel great! Feels like a solid build the outter rubber grips tight so hopefully it wont get those edges that stick out like otterbox does after some use. It has as close to a defender feel as you can get while still feeling thin! My biggest problems with defender was that it would make my phones feel way too thick, but I just assumed that was the cost of being protected.Anyways after doing extensive research on ad close to full body protection as I could get I came across this case and after reading other reviews on it I was sold! The only cases they really make for this phone are those back snap on cases which really dont do anything but add grip, or maybe slight protection if the phone lands on its back lol. This case has port covers, which I love probably because I'm ocd about my electronics being dirty. I'm not really much of a holster user but it feels solid and snaps on either way fairly easily and feels like it wont snap off your belt if it gets caught on something (which my defender did when I bumped something with it) so glad there is finally a case worth having and that I came across it. I had a zagg hd screen protector already on before I installed the case and so far so good it snaps on and almost seems to hold it in place and the front cover actually covers the spot on my wifes phone where the lady botched the installation of the protector, win win! Overall feels great, solid build, and honestly feels better than a defender which usually sells for more than double what I paid. I would say I prefer this over a defender, and the commuter is garbage imo. Best case available for this phone, and will start looking at supcase for future phone protection.
