I have used one capsule plus inulin in a litre of full cream UHT milk to make delicious, 36 hour fermented yoghurt after a hefty dose of antibiotics. I combined this yoghurt therapy with a capsule (available on this site) of another 21 strain probiotic that sadly did not have I. gasseri in it. I am getting great and rapid results. I have had IBS for many years, but almost feel normal again. Doing my research I have found that different stains often have different benefits to the gut and overall health. It is said that after a large dose of antibiotic's, it can take up to 3 months for micribiome recovery. Adding this yoghurt seems to have sped up this process. As I often , write do your research, stay curious. I am a walking experiment😁.

Certainly helped my tummy troubles by day 2 I felt so much better and confident to go out without first checking where all the public toilets were. On the other hand I gain 7lb in just a few weeks. Stopped taking them to work on losing the weight

Great value for money.

Not sure about this, I was looking for L Gasseri BN17 to use for Dr Davis’s Supergut Probiotic yogurt and this came up, it didn’t mention the strain in the ad but now it’s here I can see it’s LG050 so a completely different strain. I do wish companies mentions the strain in their ads it would prevent wasting peoples time. Anyway it’s here now so I will give it a try but I won’t get it again.

Bought 3 times. I am now almost convinced the product is not genuine. Had lots of issues with my last bottle.

I have bought other mixed probiotics complex before but somehow this strain seems more effective for IBS.Very pleased with it.
