Very disappointing. Belt straps easily break

This product is exactly as described and is perfect for our space. The base is sturdy and love the locking mechanism for the clips.

Seemed to be package well but several were damaged. still useable and functions great, just an eyesore if you look down and see a giant dent

I ordered the 6 piece set of stanchions that came with a sign that attached to the top of one. The stanchions assembled very easily and didn't have any problems with them. The signs were haphazardly packed with the other heavy pieces and were damaged in transit. I was mailed new ones without hassle that were packed much better. The only advice I'd give is if you want both order them separately so you won't risk packing issues.

I keep ordering this product for the price and reasonable quality BUT they never seem to send me the correct quantity of poles to base ratio. The nut at the base of the product also always fine a way to loosen and they end up being wobbly regardless, I found this out before I placed another two orders of this product.

These are lightweight which is great for carrying but if you need to stretch them out fully, they need a counterweight to hold them in place. We bought three sets and about 8 of them were very rusty on the bottom which doesn't hinder the product but just as an fyi. We have also had them in use since purchase (so about 2.5-3 months) and one set of the retractable cords has broken and wont roll back in already along with another that has detached from the anchor piece.

Very effective for my needs. It helps me block off a hallway at my school and it is able to stand up to the wear and tear of preschoolers messing with it.

Worked great for a while, had an issue and customer service worked to resolve it quickly and send a replacement.
