Hi I am writing this review after using this product. I purchased this product on 1Dec and after 10 days it stopped working. So after few days I checked it has 3 months warranty and I contacted the customer service but the number they shared was not connecting to I raised the concern to seller through chat option. Seller told me the process and provided replacement it's been 12 days approx and product is working fine. Sometimes I feel it's overheating. Let's see how long this heatpad works are in total it's just 20 days I am using it.Not highly recommended but it's fine. Not reliable like flamingo heatpad it's just I don't like the feel or design otherwise it's good

Still leight is blinking but not working after 3 and please dont but this product from this company when i had ordered this pad they delivered me with in 1 day but when i replace this product they need 20 days please dont buy.

The item stop working today. Exactly one month after delivery. Don't know what to do. 3 months warranty mentioned but no way to to address this by seller. Don't buy this product.Seller picked up the phone once on the number provided by Amazon support on 21st Jan 2024. The person mentioned that I would need to courier/post the defective item to him and the cost need to be born by me. Well, all this due to no fault of mine and their sub standard product. He said that he would message me the address on which the product needs to be sent. However, no address or communication was received from him. it has been almost a month and the seller stopped picking up the call as well.This is pathetic. They should sent a replacement item and the guy delivering the replacement should collect the defective item. I have already incurred time, healing and and other associated losses due to extremely bad product.The least the seller can do is to make the process of replacement/refund smooth without any further cost burden or harassment to me.I would request everybody .... DON't BUY... this product. You will be trapped just like me.I really think Amazon should remove just products where Warranty is just a farce. We trusted amazon as it was Amazon fulfilled. Turns out that Amazon also promote such fraudulent sellers.

I had been looking for a tool that could help me in reducing backache due to various reasons. The heating pad was a better suitable resort for respite.The Heating pad that I bought looks good in appearance. It has quilted surface with wiring underneath for equal distribution of heat in the entire area of pad that baked my back in a supportive manner. I liked this more than anything.The canvas belt attached to the pad is quite short. I have to juggle by adjusting the comfortable side for longer. I wish it had a reasonable length of belt to it.The performance of the heating pad is good. It is given degrees of heat adjustment according to requirement of individual. Great.The heating pad is provided with a electric cord that requires me to be near the electric switches and confines to particular areas of room. You have to use connector for more freedom of your space while using the heating pad.The price and delivery are reasonable.

This product is quite effective and worth the money

Soft, velvetty, having three modes of temp control, very useful for pain, swollen of muscles and other orthopedic treatment to relieve pain.
