Highly recommend this excellent quality product
This is my holy grail breakfast and can’t live without it. Mix with 150ml of the milk of your choice or water I guess and microwave 1 min 30 and you have a lovely filling smooth oat bran. I add protein powder too for added macros ( gotta get 30g+of protein!) add a bit of Greek yoghurt for extra creaminess and protein, fruits of your choosing and there you go. I also use it for baking use this instead of flour for dense cakes or mix half with your usual flour and you get your fibre in and a lighter bake. Very versatile. Excellent quality, amazing value for money and a healthy wholefood your body will thank you for.

Very good quality oat bran
I bought this pack of oat bran a few months ago and have only just started consuming them. I'm very pleased with the quality and will certainly be purchasing another batch when the current one runs out. I use them alongside oats for breakfast (they soak up milk nicely) and also in baking. Every bit as good as anything available in the supermarket and better priced per 100g, albeit necessitating a larger pack size. Big thumbs up from me.

Great taste. Great quality.
Excellent quality. Tastes Great. Very Healthy. Although I may pay more next time to get the organic version because I've heard on the ZOE Health Podcast that oat bran absorbs more pesticides than regular wheat.

Oat Bran Porridge
About the same as other Oat Bran I've used. Makes a smooth porridge which in consistency is like semolina. Comes in a thick plastic bag. My recipe for Hypertension: 35g Oat Bran 2 tsp Splenda sweetener 250 ml Soya Milk Put in a large bowl and microwave for 4.5 minutes. Vary quantities and cooking time to taste. The longer you microwave it the thicker it get. Can also be cooked in a pan on the stove. Also suitable for diabetics. I'm diabetic.

High quality oatbran
This oatbran is milled very fine. I use it as part of my own breakfast cereal mix creation! I do this because most manufacturers add sugar to their products
