The box is sturdy, easy to use, even somewhat attractive. Follow the instructions and it mounts and operates properly.. And the cost is quite reasonable. BUT the 5-star thing about this box is Customer Service from the Rudy Run company. I forgot how to operate it, and ended up cutting the lock bar off the door (which was no easy feat... it is over 1/4" solid steel, but i was determined). But the lock box still worked fine, so they patiently explained how to operate it and sent me a new lock bar at their expense. I would buy anything from this company!

This lock is super sturdy and secure and makes lending out a key fabulously easy if friends or family have a code you provide. Five stars very happy with this!

I love this little gadget. I was so easy to set up, install and use. It is light weight, changes codes easily and fit perfectly on my door. I love that the door has a small lip on the front of the lock box and once the code is inputted, you simply slide your finger over the lip and pull down to open. It works great and seems durable. Has a pretty large key storage compartment that can store several keys.

Just received the lock. I use it for special situations and it very dependable. 1) I like the weight on it, you can tell it’s strong. 2) Easy lock code set up 3) Non Expensive 4) If I want to I can lock it anywhere around the house for emergency.

Worst product, don't buy it. It won't last more than 7-8 months. The key will get stuck inside.
