What country are these made in ?

Thats a good question. My package says the company is in Pompano beach, Florida though it doesn't say whether or not it was made there. I wouldn't recommend you get these if you use a capsule machine. About half of my bag failed to encapsulate due to the capsules being too big. Most likely cause moisture got to them before they bagged it.

I would say yes. Any amount of moisture makes the capsules start to melt. For instance I have to make sure my hands are completely dry before handling them. I suppose if you made capsules to digest right away they would last until you made them and then quickly swallowed them.
