## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does the renewed Q30 come with carrying case?**
A: Mine came with a case. A hard case - quite nice but not as nice as the case that the earlier ones came with which seems to be moulded to the shape of the headphones. Still, a case is a case and frankly these are exceptional quality for the price. They make my Q20s feel like children's headphones.

**Q: Are they white or black? The pictures are black but it says white**
A: my headphones are black

**Q: Hi do you have silver colour**
A: Sorry, we don't have the silver ones.

**Q: Does it leak sound at full volume**
A: Yes it doed
