Melts Like A Dream
Donโt be fooled like I was by other brands that state on their label: white baking chips! This is the real McCoy and worth the extra cost. I make chocolate bark using a Pyrex double boiler to melt these white chocolate chips on low heat. Takes about ten minutes to melt. I microwave the chocolate chips and then mix, and refrigerate. Great product, great taste!

Great product but all allergens are not listed on the page
Great looking product. Only problem is that it is packaged on the same equipment as peanuts and that was not listed on the page before purchasing.

Great
I did wayyy too much research on making chocolate covered oreos for a party that I could color coordinate. I just wanted a snack that matched my color scheme and next thing I know I'm watching science videos about tempering white chocolate. A saw a few viewers mentioning theirs came out of temper while shipping which made me nervous but mine didn't at all. Not a single one thankfully. The taste is great and though its expensive it seems to go a bit further than other chocolate I've used. When I was a kid I was allergic to chocolate so my parents would get me white chocolate and I remember really liking it. I grew out of that allergy and then started to hate white chocolate, I thought it was just because I couldnt have regular for so long. Now I think its because they gradually started changing out white chocolate for the fake white candy they sell in stores because I love the taste of this real white chocolate. It was like tasting a memory I'd completely forgotten about. I think it's a shame that they mislead people into thinking those wilton melts are white chocolate. I would have had no idea because I guess unless you buy the real stuff or carefully read the package you don't know because they are just so common. I actually bought this, my husband complained about the price then we were in the grocery store the next day and he picked those up and said see how much cheeper this is... and I said yeah, If only it were white chocolate. He read the entire package he didn't believe me because thats what hes known as white chocolate his entire life. There is no substitution. This is fantastic and when I had the party people kept talking about these oreos (which I actually thought the oreo detracted from the white chocolate) and saying things like wow I usually dont like white chocolate what did you put in this? To which I'd reply... white chocolate, just not the fake stuff. I will DEFINITELY buy this again and from this seller.

Great product, except it arrived in a melted-together mass (in cold weather)
The wafers are each about the size of two chocolate chips. Cute. Small. The product has cocoa butter, so it's truly white chocolate, not merely a white substance full of oil. I would have given this 5 stars (or even 6 stars) if it arrived as wafers. But it arrived as a brick, an integral lump; despite it being January and the outside temperature being below freezing. The seller is in Texas (hotter than where I am); perhaps the wafer fusing occurred there. I used a hammer to crack off a chunk. (Ok, it fragments more readily than a solid brick, but it is definitely NOT wafers.) I intended to just taste ... but it was so good, I gnawed away until I had consumed far more than I intended ... then I was in such a sugar-coma-high that I worried I was ingesting my way to type 2 diabetes, and immediately ate a package of sprouted broccoli as an antidote. Phew! If you plan to melt all 5 lb at one time in one pot, then this is a fabulous product for you. Otherwise, be prepared to figure out how to separate your white brick. Suggestions, anyone?

BEST. PERIOD.
Spend the extra pennies and get this good stuff! Beware of similar Callebaut products that are NOT labeled Belgian, W2, 28%. This one is the real deal. Smooth, complex, not overly sweet, perfect melt and tempering. It will make all your recipes even better!

Chocolate melted
We picked the item from the porch as soon as it was delivered and found that all the melts melted due. Attached the photo of how it looked.

Great taste.
Used for baking cookies. Delicious, smoothe, taste. Worth the cost if u want great tasting baked goods. So much better than "vanilla" or "white" chips that are made without cocoa butter.
