Spider Repellent Spray - Natural Peppermint Oil Insect & Cobweb Remover for Home, Humane Formula, 500ml

I recently moved into a new home where spiders kept coming in, especially since I like keeping the windows open for fresh air. This EcoWidow Spider Repellent Spray has been a real help — the peppermint scent is pleasant, and it keeps spiders outside the door without using harsh chemicals.

2nd purchase. We live in the country, so we get massive, uninvited beasties. I spray this almost every night before bed around our open kitchen window and the porch. It is not a killer, but it works. It says it is relatively safe compared to other insecticides (apart from for fish), but I'm still super careful about where and when I spray it. 4 out of 5 because it is quite pricey compared to other products and I suspect spraying it every night might increase its effectiveness but I'm not going to stop using it just to find that out!

Was recommended to buy this item, pleased I did, easy to use, on/in car, around garden, across door step, and window frames.

Haven't seen much difference in the number of spiders taking residence in my house. The spray might have been easier to administer around the house had it been a fine mist spray, it is too wet. I will persevere with the product because these spiders are making my house look like Miss Havisham's residence!

It really helped me to get rid of spiders which were coming from ventilation holes of the walls and windows as well.

I kept spraying this around my back door and in various places that spiders might get in and a huge one just strolled into my kitchen so it obviously either liked the smell or was tough enough to ignore it! It was certainly big enough and once I'd stopped hyperventilating and my husband had done the humane thing and relocated it to the end of the garden, I came to the conclusion that it was a waste of money.

If you fear spiders as much as I do this is the product for you. Since using every week or so I have not seen one of those hideous black spiders anywhere in the house. That says it all.

I haven't noticed a strong scent but this most certainly does what it says on the bottle. Haven't had any of these massive, black hairy spiders since I've been using it, so I would say it does the trick nicely. Mind you, during September and October, I've sprayed all round where I know they come in, two or three times a week, so I can't say if it works as suggested on the label! Back to spraying once a week now in November.
