It provides that reassuring reminder to stand a little taller and move a little smarter without making me feel like a crash-test dummy. The materials are outstanding - firm where they need to be, flexible where they should be, and surprisingly comfortable even after wearing it for hours. It doesn't bunch up, slide around, or make me feel like I'm being shrink-wrapped. Yes, it's more expensive than many back braces. So is a good mattress. So are quality shoes. So is physical therapy.
