It's good!
Great post-workout drink! Tastes good and I feel hydrated after consuming. I think it's good value if you compare it to hydration drinks that come in tubes and tablets.This company was started by former Emergen-C employees who left after Emergen-C was bought out by Phizer. I still enjoy both products but am happy to support the original team.

Dissolves quickly, good flavor
I use this when I start to feel my skin is dry/itchy or when it's been very hot. It has a nice, light flavor, not overpowering or cloyingly sweet. I feel like it definitely helps me hydrate more effectively than just water.

Terrible taste and texture
Tastes like some berries were wafted over a pile of chalk, absolutely terrible taste and very chalky texture even after mixing the hell out of it.

Very good ingredients and value, not the best taste
This tastes very similar to a typical electrolyte but a bit “milder”, much more tolerable. The label/ingredient list looks more “clinical” compared to an average electrolyte filled with garbage so it’s probably more effective than most powders out there.
