Good quality product
Powerful solenoid, which was perfect for task

Strong if fitted right
I found the solenoid worked very well if there was a little slack to what it was attached to. When checking the solenoid be careful the plunger will shoot out when it is de-energised. Design is very good with 4 screw fitting to fasten the solenoid down. I used a Thick Plastic base to screw the solenoid down to. A metal base will be harder to get the hole measurement right.

Current rating misrepresented
This product purports to draw 360mA. In fact it will draw well over 3A. This has been confirmed by the manufacturer. This makes the product potentially dangerous - undersized wiring could overheat and cause a fire. This has been reported to Amazon but as yet no action has been taken to remove the item from sale. Update April 2022 - The current is now shown as 3.7A - a pity that it wasn't correct when I purchased last year.
