This Mingkeda MT-L03A LED lamp is a large modern style task lamp. It stands 20.5 inches tall and both the neck of the lamp, as well as the light itself, are flexible enough to focus light exactly where it is needed.The light part is 17 inches long and ,with the arm fully outstretched, can extend to 29 inches from the back of the base. The touch controls are so easy to use. The slightest touch is all that is required on the power button to turn it on or off. There are plus and minus touch buttons to adjust the lighting levels and, when turned on, the memory feature automatically assigns the level which was set when the lamp was turned off.I found that this lamp is perfect for my sewing desk. It is high enough to easily clear the top of my sewing machine but also easy enough to swing around or adjust to give me the light I need when working on a project. The light on the sewing machine only highlights the needle area, so a lamp that allows a broader focus is a necessity. Since it weighs 3 pounds, 9 ounces and has a sturdy base measuring 7 x 9 inches, I don’t have to worry about this lamp getting knocked over by the vibrations of the sewing machine.I am impressed by the quality of this LED lamp. It works with an included 12V AC adapter with a plug attachment for this country’s outlets. The LED bulbs do not generate a lot of heat and the top of the lamp is vented.
