No. The DCK300P1 kit cannot be modified for other tools. Please reach out directly to DEWALT Support in case you have any further questions/concerns.

Q: Does the pad come with the sander - which sanding discs work best with this?

yes, the pack comes with sander. I would recomend a variety pack that came with 80 grit and up. The 80 grit is for rough sanding and the higher you go allows you to finnish with smooth finish.

Q: Just received the set today. after a very short use with the jigsaw, i noticed a lot of green stuff coming out. is that normal?

So far I love this tool set. I have only used the jig saw a short time. Not had any "green" stuff come out of tool. Please be more specific on what you were cutting. Where the green stuff was coming out of from tool and consistently of green stuff. Oily? Powder?
