Bond Cars: The Definitive History

It's pretty complete and it made my dad very happy.

Good reading

Authoratatively written, well researched and beautifully illustrated. The author had deep connections within Aston martin and EON productions to gather signficant letter, documents, production stills and other photos. The great cars, the crazy stunts, and a treasure of inside information from the design, engineering, and building of so many great cars, and who so much of the movies were filmed.

After going through the book, I decided to return it. I found the print too small and hard to read, and many of the photos were too small as well, including the ballyhooed contact sheets. I have no doubt as to the quality of the writing, but I decided that book simply wasn't my cup of tea. I much preferred "50 Greatest Bond Cars", which I bought recently.

An engaging and exhaustive look at some of the coolest cars ever captured on film. As both a Bond fan and a car fanatic I’d definitely recommend this book.

Extremely detailed account of all the Bonds cars used in the films

Missed opportunity. While this book will describe in words the many cars of the 007 Universe, there are precious few photos of those cars. Most of the photos are movie stills (some of them very small, e.g. film contact sheets) which often have little to none of the cars in them.Also, most of the text describes each film’s overall background and production instead of focusing on the cars in the film. This book is trying too hard to be a 007 film history book.I'm glad this was a gift to me - I wouldn't spend my own money on it.

Kind of odd that some of the movie posters in the book, were the Japanese versions.Not sure though, had ordered this, said refunded not coming. Ordered through another seller....bottom line, this appears to have come from the first seller. Either way, hats off to both sellers for their customer service.....not their fault wrong tracking info. came up. A great addition to any 007 fan's collection.

I bought this book for my son who has never missed a Bond movie. Every Bond character is featured and the cars involved for each movie. Lots of lovely illustrations and very interesting facts about filming the outrageous car-stunts! My son loved this. It's presentation and content make this a very special gift.Highly recommended.

英語版しかないのは残念ですが、007シリーズに登場するすべての車が取り上げられて内容としてはかなりのレベルです。写真も多く、体裁も豪華なので完全保存版ですね。日本公開時のポスターもあり、007ファンは是非!

Great book with the latest and greatest about Bond cars.. Good details about these vehicles.

I was struggling to buy my mum a Christmas present, as she's one of those "I don't want anything" people. This book is a great gift for James Bond fans and/or car lovers alike! It also makes a great coffee table book too. I really love this product.
