Great lightweight lock
This is our second replacement. The first one the combo changed on its own and not sure how. Just one of the letter changed so luckily we were able to figure out the combo. We like this lock because it's very light weight so easy for my son to use.

Preset Combination Cannot be Changed
It says it right there in the product title but I didn't notice. This is a PRESET word combination that you cannot change. I've several similar locks and I could always change the combination to something meaningful or memorable for me. I'm quite disappointed that this one doesn't offer that feature but it's my fault. It's clearly stated in the title AND the description. Oh well. Otherwise, it seems like a good lock and cable.

CHEAP, stopped working
Letters stopped spinning and getting stuck really bad. Threw away cause so many times got stuck while locked around my wheel and couldn't get to the right code any longer.

Exactly what I expected
It is a light duty lock that will be great for securing the bike temporarily when we are out riding and need to leave for a bit. Probably not heavy duty enough for permanent security. But once again it is exactly what I expected.

Does not work
We ordered this product and I broke within 2 days. The specified word combo would no longer open the lock. They sent a replacement free of charge (which I appreciated as good customer service) but the second lock broke within a couple days as well. This time the bar portion was stuck halfway into the word lock portion and would not budge with the correct code.
