Good deep blue color. Color of the edible glitter is true to the pictured color advertised on Amazon. This glitter stuck on the cake well just with dusting it on freshly spread icing. There was no plastic smell or flavor to the edible glitter. I have also used this glitter on cheesecake and it also stuck well to the cheesecake I made! So far I have made two party sized desserts with this glitter as an accent and I still have half a jar.

This product was added to a drink I made which was called Colour Changing gin kit. I added the glitter which gave an extra sparkle. There was no flavor to the drink until I added the glitter. This was the finishing touch!

Why they’re sold under cake & cupcake decorations is beyond me. Yes they’re non-toxic, but that does not mean food grade. Sparkles are made of plastic. I ended up not using them.

Every Easter, I make a themed lamb cake. This year, I used swirled shades of blues and whites and WOW this glitter made it magical! It was so beautiful, people thought it was an artistic marble decoration or something... even my cousin, who is a trained chef! Really great sparkle and a little goes a long way!

This is NOT edible glitter. It is craft glitter which means it is not for consumption. It isn’t clear in its description and it isn’t returnable. I searched edible glitter for cakes and this was in the search results. It’s heading says it is for ‘cake accessories’ but I would disagree because this is not edible glitter! I wouldn’t have given such a low score if this product was returnable. This product does not have a clear description in its heading. Now I am stuck with blue craft glitter and I have no cake glitter for the daughters birthday.

I highly recommend. It really took my cupcake toppers to the next level. A little goes a long way. I used quite a bit of alcohol to apply the glitter as I wasn’t trying to achieve full coverage. The goal was a nice shimmery, glittery finish and it came out perfectly.
