I love these vitamins I stopped taking them for a while and noticed I was getting divots in my thumb nail beds. So I started taking them again. I’ve also been growing out my hair for the last two years for my pixie cut and it has been slow going to say the least. I started taking these again about six months ago and hadn’t seen my hairdresser in that time due to the pandemic. When I came in to see her she was shocked at the amount of growth for my hair as I used to see her every 8 weeks And we would comment on how slow my hair was growing out. Even though it was six months so it was definitely a longer time it was so much more longer than she expected and the divots in my nails went away after two weeks of taking the vitamins

These are vitamins which must be kept COOL. When I received this the bottle was EXTREMELY HOT!! It stayed hot for the balance of the day. It did not cool down until the day after it was received. I question the effectiveness of the product still in bottle.I see this product is not eligible for return so I am stuck with it.
