I was disappointed with the hole drilled in the item. Was told that it could be used as an ornament on a Christmas tree, way to heavy for that.

Why is there a hole at the bottom?!?
Like what John M. mentioned below... I'm not sure why there's a hole in the bottom of this item. To hang it upside down? It would have been 1000 times better without the hole!!!
