I have to take a really nasty bitter pill four times a day and the flavor of this water covers up that taste and makes it easier for me to swell the pill. Plus it has electrolytes and other nutrients in there that I need

My family loves propel. It’s a bit pricey in my opinion, but we get it every now and then. I’m not a fan of the berry, but grape is delicious.

I was disappointed in it. It has artificial sweeteners, we which I don't care for. The taste is fine, but a little light on flavor. The sweetner is what turned me off. Buy a Gatorade like juice, and water it down with regular water. You get a more juice, and less sugar. That's what I do with Body Armour. Good luck.

I love this water. It helps so much when the heat gets unbearably high.
