If you are looking for hole punch reinforcements these are a good choice. I used 77 on the first day as I have a folder of recipes I use often and pages were starting to fall out of the folder. The reinforcement stickers are great and the adhesive helps them stick well to paper. I found the best way to use them was to keep the paper in the binder and open the pages to the ones you want to fix. Then open the rings and feed a sticker down over the metal ring until it sticks on the paper. Otherwise you may not get these stuck on right! I have a VERY old three-ring cookbook, and some of the pages are so well-worn the holes are tearing. I wanted something to protect the ring holes, and these do the job.
