This is fab when you have a cold easy to use and good price and came quickly

Bought this steamer to try as I've had a cold. Was very impressed as it heated up in a couple minutes and I was able to add couple drops of tea tree oil to it and the steam is very hot. Only reason for the 1 star is, I'm not sure if mine is faulty or not but please be careful as the face lid which I thought once it had clicked in place was secure, well as I slid it towards me the lid popped of and the hot steaming water fell onto my leg which is now left with a big burn!!! They need make sure the fastening on such item is SECURE & SAFE!!!

Not solid enough

great for Facials Awkward to use for Inhalation

Item works OK but the top facial unit does not click into the base unit. It is simply held in place by two lugs that fit into slots. Would have been a lot better with a twist fit to make the facial section more stable.
