Survives Florida heat even if you work on cars
I've bought this twice so far. I add it to mascara, my liquid lipsticks and my Inglot eyeliner pots, I use only black colors and it does fantastic. It STICKS it really does, I went on a museum date in the morning then had to do the brakes on my mom's car same day. This stuff makes your eyeliner stick so hard that it survives getting sweaty and greasy, granted, on the lips it doesn't survive as well cause no crap, no matter what no lipstick will survive greasy pizza and intimacy but you can kiss your man/woman without it smearing horribly. Making out is a whole different game but it survives depending on your lipstick too.

Must-Have for Every Makeup Artist
This is one of the most essential products in my professional kit. You can dilute almost anything with it. If you want to turn an eyeshadow into a liquid eyeliner, just add a drop — it becomes a long-lasting, waterproof liner instantly. If any product dries out, one drop brings it back to life like new. Absolutely a must-have for any makeup artist!

Reviving makeup
EDIT: the products that I put duraline into sat in my makeup bag for a long while and when I used them again, they ARE like new. I think it needs time to marinate but I’m not sure how long. The first time I used it right after and a couple days after adding duraline - it wasn’t great. Then the third time it was probably a few weeks later. So I’m not sure how long it took to brew in there but it’s working now. My ilia mascara is borderline better than new. This stuff is really good! Upgraded from 3 to 5 stars. Original Review: I got this to bring my potted gel eyeliners, Anastasia brow pomade, and ilia mascara back from the dead. And while technically they all became more fluid again, they don’t work like new. My eyeliners are a little streaky. The mascara feels clumpy. The brow pomade is not smooth. So I can get by using all these makeups better than I did before the Inglot Duraline was added, but it’s no magic fix and I will still need to replace all of them asap.

Increase your artistry in your makeup
Ever have an old makeup palette that you just don't use anymore because the colors are too much for everyday or the pigmentation just isn't there? This can transform any eyeshadow into a beautiful liner. I will say, you will need a fine line brush to get best results. I would not recommend putting the drops directly in the eyeshadow pan ad I see some people do. I scrape a little bit into a mixing plate and then add drops. This way you won't form a weird crust on top. I love using super bright colors or very shimmery shades with this to create incredibly unique makeup looks. I thought it was expensive at first, but considering at most I use two drops per shade, it's slow to get used up. Worth it to me (BTW, if you're a cheap diyer like I am, the contact solution mixed with eyeshadow is NOT the same. You can achieve a similar effect with that if you want to use it for photos, but it doesn't have the same lasting power to wear it out of the house)

Only Necessary for Making Shadow into Eyeliner and then Not Really
So, this is a very very very small bottle, and you need to use two drops of it to create a foiled shadow, enough for one eye, or eyeliner, enough for two eyes. I got the elf setting mist and that works also. And, to tell the truth, I am pretty sure that eyedrops were working possibly better than the elf spray! I use the elf spray with a dropper now as it is a wide mist and I am trying to spray a jar lid with shadow. It depends on your brand of shadow too. I use loose, mostly Chaos Cosmetics (the one that only sells shadows and a few lip products). All of their shadows color shift or glitter shift. Most incredible products. Those are great with the setting spray or eyedrops. I have had liner that stayed on all day that I made with the setting spray. It works well with Darling Girl, which sadly is no longer in business, and several other brands. Not great with Dawn Eyes Cosmetics. They do not hang onto my regular primer when I mix them with the setting spray. The other shadows do. Actually, seems like all other brands do. I have never tried to turn a palette shadow into a liner, would probably work well with eyedrops. I have been using a much less expensive primer too! NYX waterproof white one. Like $7 as compared to my $25 Urban Decay Primer Potion. That said, the Primer Potion lasts longer. And, that said, I think the NYX works better for foiling. I get an all day look. So, I mean try this...it is a nice thicker fluid that guarantees a good liner that adheres. Just do not think it is necessary.

A Great Addition
If you’re a makeup enthusiast who experiments with looks, has loose pigments, multiple liners, or wants to get more from your existing products, Duraline is a smart addition. It offers good value by extending the life and versatility of other products. On the other hand, if you rarely mix or transform products and just apply standard shadows daily, it may be more niche for you.

It’s awesome!
I have a lot of eyeliner pots and I don’t wear makeup daily. This really revives the pots when they dry out!
