Sof Sole Plantar Fascia Insoles (FSA&HSA Eligible) - 3/4 Length, Gel in Heel- Support in Arch, For Women

I suddenly developed plantar fasciitis in one foot after doing a bunch of walking and standing one day in unsupportive work shoes. Very very uncomfortable and I developed a noticeable limp. These insoles were recommended to me so I ordered them right away. I spend a lot of time at home so I put them in my house shoes (hard soled slippers really) and have been very pleased. It apparently can take a long time to heal plantar fasciitis but as long as I remember to wear my house shoes when I’m at home my feet are much more comfortable.

Been using these for years (like, since 2014 or 2015). They’ve been a game changer with my plantar fasciitis. I hope they never go out of business. The quality is great, they last for years even with regular wear. I will say, there’s a rubber circle on the bottom of the heel and it can mess up the inside of a shoe a little, so do with that as you will. But I highly recommend these to anyone who struggles with plantar fasciitis or over-pronation (hint: look at the heels of your every day shoes and see if they’re worn at an angle instead of evenly) Personally, I find the truncated size of them is also helpful in how many different shoes you can wear them in (no need to worry about cutting the size down to fit). Though you may want to “set” them each time when you’re putting them on, just to make sure the heel sits flush with the back. Takes half a second and will make a difference. Bonus, it also helped get rid of a daily back pain that I had for years prior. So random, but I guess the cushion or maybe the added arch support helps to offset something. They work in some of my shoes really well. Very comfortable I’m not sure about my brooks sneakers. One thing I might add. Every time I look at them it says it’s 12% off 10% off or some percent off. They’ve gone up about seven dollars since I purchased them. How can they say it’s a discount when every time I look at it it goes up in Price. It’s very annoying and I hate when people lie, but it is very good and I would buy it again.

It was not too thick but did not fit my work flats. Great for sneakers. Fairly good quality and fit well. It has helped me with my walking. I’ve only had them for a month so I’m not sure how long before I need to replace them.

I've suffered from plantar fasciitis for 6 years now and these are absolutely a life saver. I can put them in ANY shoe and my feet feel amazing! They don't slip and they give me great support and they are super thick and durable!

So I work in the food industry, so I am on my feet all day. A while back I started to get this random pain in my heel. Didn’t think anything of it until a few days passed and it was still hurting. I did some research and it’s something called plantar fasciitis. And if you’re on your feet for hours, not being able to sit it is awful with the pain. I had to have my husband massage it and it would feel better but then again at work it would hurt again to the point I was limping. So I found these insoles, I was wearing dr. Scholls but they didn’t really help at all. These are really nice because they’re thin towards the top so I can even put them in my docs if I were to go out. You can put them in any shoe you’d like which I love. My heal is getting better now, it’s been about 2 months and it does hurt at times but it went from a 10 to about a level 4-5 pain. So it’s getting better! Definitely get these if you are on your feet for prolonged periods, or just generally have foot pain. Definitely purchasing again if these ware out!
