WR XX Trapper Folding Pocket Knife, Synthetic Handle with Carbon Steel Blades, 4 1/8 inches Closed

Very high-quality knife. I was hesitant to purchase this knife given the price tag. I finally after numerous looks purchased this wonderful knife. It came sharp as a razor blade and the steel is something that will hold an edge. I figure this to be a lifetime purchase and a personal gift to myself. I now need to be careful of how I carry this knife to prevent losing it due to small pockets. I am very pleased with this knife.

Excellent knife. I enjoy sitting on my front porch cutting up an apple with it. I am only 31 years old, but due to my weight, I have the heart health of a 70 year old. In turn, this is the perfect knife to fit this unfortunate situation. Overall, the knife opening and closing mechanism is crisp and smooth, perfect size, and you have the swagger that owning a case knife brings. It lets others know that you don’t much give a darn what they think. 10/10 would recommend.

Ive had a couple Case knifes when i was younger, but I never could keep up with them. I have carried a Old timer knife for the past year, and after putting that knife through just about everything at work, and not to mention keeping up with it; I knew I wanted to upgrade to something better. Before I bought this knife, I was looking for 2 things in particular. #1 - I refused to buy another Stainless Steel Knife. Yes their Nice and Shiny but you can only use them so much before they get dull again. So being Said, I wanted Carbon Steel, or in this case, Chrome Vanadium Steel. They seem to hold a Edge just a little bit Longer. #2 - I will not carry a Big Bulky Knife. I have always carried Single blade knives, but there is a downfall to only having that 1 blade, once its dull, thats it. And I Hate feeling like I got a big Swiss Army knife in my pocket all day when Im at work. So when i ran across this Decently priced Case XX, I knew I had to have it. Nothing fancy, just a good ole tradition style pocket knife. It works great and has a nice build quality to it and I look foward to using to using it for the many years to come. So if your looking for a Great knife and have the same similiar interest as I did, then i strongly suggest this one. You just simply cant go Wrong with it, weither its your first choice or not, you wont regret it. Hope this review might have helped in anyway.

Perfect knife and fast shipping

I've seen some reviews where people had quality control issues and some complaints but I looked very closely at this knife and it is flawless. Beautiful knife that is absolutely perfect. If you know how to take care of carbon steel blades then you will love this knife. For all of you that don't know how, or don't want to make the effort to care for carbon steel then get the SS version of this. You will be much happier with the stainless. The blades on this knife are showing very slight signs of patina right out of the box. Not a problem but obviously they will develop corrosion easily without some care. Blades are very sharp right out of the box. Springs are strong enough to hold the blades open but yet easy to open. Just right. My first Case knife was way back in the 60's and honestly this knifes' quality is exactly as I remember them to be. I'm glad that an American company with the history that this company has is still making high quality products. Pocket knives have gone through some serious changes over the years and most are good changes that make for a better knife, but this is a throw back to the old days of pocket knives and it is a great knife as long as you understand and appreciate what it is.

I love this knife, it is like holding history. The one complaint I have is that the edge is a little rough for a knife of this brand and price point. But it is still sufficient for most tasks. I find it a classic and beautiful piece.

Knife looks great. Delivery great. It is a gift so I do not know it it is a good purchase.
