Review: Best Blanket Ever Owned - I bought this for my wife for her birthday; the best gift ever in her mind. Very warm, very soft, very comfortable. Our biggest issues is whether to use it as a throw or a bed covering. She loves it both ways. She feels even with all the others we have tried, there is no comparison to this blanket. The color, size, weight, softness, and warmth are top shelf. Now, how do we keep the cat from owing this is another problem. I may have to buy another. :-)

I bought the ComfortTech Stratton 3M Thinsulate Blanket to use as a throw blanket on my bed for winter use. It's a premium blanket, moderately light weight, soft beyond belief, not thick at all, and it does its job superbly! A very impressive blanket, and I expect I'll buy one more to keep as a backup for use years down the road.

**Q: Does it have 3.0 USB ports?**
A: This is a blanket only.  It doesn't have any electric or electronic parts.  It is very warm and super soft and we love it.

**Q: I have a similar blanket that has an outside that is like very fine corduroy. Does this blanket have an outer layer that is similar?**
A: No, I would not describe the outer layer anything similar to corduroy...fine or not.  It's very plush and soft and has the feel of those ultra soft and cozy throws for the living room.  It is a warm blanket...too much for us in the summer and even Spring.  We actually enjoy it and would purchase again.

**Q: When the blanket is turned off, does the blanket get to warm?**
A: The blanket we purchased is perfect.  However, I cant answer your question because it seems that you are asking about an electric blanket.  I did not know that ComfortTech made an electric one.

The best COMFORTER+BLANKET-HYBRID-(NOT blanket)of all!! Because PrimaLoft comforter is pretty good, but the comforter is too expensive. In addition, this COMFORTERcontains 3M of Synthetic Filler, which makes it warmer than other Composters with normal filler. cf. PrimaLoft and 3m fillers are similar in thermal insulation because manufacturers do not put in much because of cost problems anyway. And, unlike other comforters, it's like a blanket on both sides, so it's much much warmer than a other comforter. RAEL Comforter + B LANKEThat clearly shows the difference between a comforter and a blanket! In the cold winter, you should cover this comforter with Synthetic filler or cotton filler inside too. (A single-layered blanket is almost useless in the cold (mid)winter even if it is thick or Polartec200 or higher) I bought it really cheap price because the Amazon had done a lot of sales. Thank you very much,AMAZON!!!!!! You are a true an Unknown Philanthropist(a man of charity) ,Amazon!!!!!
