Good unit
We had to resort to this shower enclosure, when it was determined that a log wall would prevent a tile shower. It looks nice installed. The only drawback is that the diamond pattern requires you to use a LOT of adhesive on the walls, since the surface of the walls of the unit aren't flat and smooth, which, if they were, would allow a good tight binding to your walls without tons of adhesive.

Eh. Cheap cheap brittle walls. not happy. Avoid.
Nice looking DOOR. The walls are terrible. THIN and brittle, you have to cut to fit..HUH? WHO DOES THAT?? it isnt together yet but its cheap and contractor is dreading putting together. Look elsewhere. I was desperate for this sized shower and where this had the door included, I jumped. Yuck. The walls are little squares, I guess to resemble tile, but just looks like a cleaners nightmare. Its for a second bath in a rental unit, so I will have it installed, but not worth spending the extra, as I thought the extra meant quality..LOL..ROTFLMAO. NOPE meant I got screwed and no time to wait for another order. Funny how return window is fairly short on building products, so you are FORCED to either order early, assemble and check, then disassemble to wait for contractor to have property ready OR you leave in boxes until contractor is ready, which can be a day or can be 60 days, but out of my hands, he has to go in his order and if I don't have supplies, then its a delay for him. if I order supplies and they sit and wait, I'm screwed w return as "past return date window". BUT sellers can take weeks to deliver even on PRIME (which doesn't exist anymore, shame on amazon) dont advertise prime if it cannot be delivered within the 2 day window. Just don't.

The door bottom has a poor seal with a plastic lip which flops over the ...
Glass door is 1/4 and quite rattly and flimsy. Top bar is thin and I can imagine a tall person accidentally banging into it and destroying it. The magnetic clasp is quite strong, so as you close and open the door, the glass ripples frighteningly. I have on order a couple of plexiglass square rods which I intend to glue to the long edges of the door to increase its stiffness. But I have doubts as to the longevity of the door. The door bottom has a poor seal with a plastic lip which flops over the metal lip at the bottom of the door. Has to be positioned and/or cut exactly (no adjustments) and if you have a powerful shower head it will still overflow a bit. I don't think this door is worth it, wish I could've bought the unit w/o door and got a good 3/8" glass one.Install was straightforward, somewhat time-consuming, not sure if I saved more than 20% with the labor compared to a tiled shower. Looks fairly good, I would say there's no doubt it's plastic but it's better than most preformed shower stalls. I guess there's no substitute for real tile.
